ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE CANNOT CANCEL IT. 

 

We truly hope you are 100% happy with our lashes! Due to Sanitary/Health reasons, lashes are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges. If any products are damaged please contact customer service within 24 hours. we will replace damaged items with proof of manufacturing damages. 

 

If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee for us to ship it again.    

 

Pre-Order Policy 

 

Please note that when an item is described as a "pre-order", it means that your entire order will be shipped the date the item arrives. If you wish to receive the other items first, separate orders need to be placed.
